- Check your following billing statement to verify your refund.
- Debit Card
- Your refund will revert to your bank account.
- Lead Time: Expect it within 7 to 21 working days, depending on your bank.
- GCash/GrabPay/Maya
- We'll refund the amount to your GCash or GrabPay account.
- Lead Time: Expect a processing time within 3 to 7 working days.
- Cash-on-Delivery or Online Banking
- Provide us with your personal bank details (i.e., bank, account name, account number, and branch address).
- Lead Time: Refunds take 30 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank.
