    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    Our approach to refunds varies based on the payment method you've chosen. Rest assured, the amount you paid—minus any discounts—will be returned to you.

        • Your refund will be reversed to your (buyer’s) credit card account.
        • Lead Time: Allow 30 to 45 working days, depending on your card's issuing bank.
        • Check your following billing statement to verify your refund.
      • Debit Card
        • Your refund will revert to your bank account.
        • Lead Time: Expect it within 7 to 21 working days, depending on your bank.
      • GCash/GrabPay/Maya
        • We'll refund the amount to your GCash or GrabPay account.
        • Lead Time: Expect a processing time within 3 to 7 working days.
      • Cash-on-Delivery or Online Banking
        • Provide us with your personal bank details (i.e., bank, account name, account number, and branch address).
        • Lead Time: Refunds take 30 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank.
