Shipping Policy

Mav Strive has partnered with LBC to deliver your order at the designated shipping address.

Our accredited logistics service providers target a 7-10 working day shipment time table, excluding weekends and holidays and depending on customer’s location.

    • Metro Manila - Next day delivery (for orders placed before 6PM excluding Sundays, holidays and days with inclement weather)
    • Luzon - 5-7 days
    • Visayas and Mindanao - 7-14 days

The delivery can be delayed in receiving your orders during sale events, special holidays, inclement weather, high volume of orders, logistics limitations, geographic restrictions, inclement weather and other instances that are beyond our control.

  • Shipping Address

Mav Strive has the right to clarify from customer the shipping address and contact information provided, if logistics partner cannot locate the destination. 

For hassle-free delivery, we recommend mentioning your complete address including:

  • Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. This means that the items are subject for pick up from Mav Strive main fulfillment center on the same day customer receives the notice. We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of the Philippines. 

To track the shipment, you can encode the tracking number in the following sites, the day after customer receives the number:

You will receive a text message or a call that shipment is subject for delivery on the same day. You may directly give instructions to shipping provider if needed.

If you are not available to receive the parcel, kindly provide the exact cash payment, an authorization letter, a copy of any valid ID to an authorized representative for timely release of your order.

If shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident to Mav Strive via support@mavstrive.com and provide the order number for resolution.
